Tuition and Fees

• All fees are per student: $280 per week.

• Tuition is due in full at registration .

• After camp private lessons of 30, 45 or 60 minutes are available at an additional cost.

Incentives and Discounts

• Participate to two full camp sessions and receive a free annual registration for one year at the conservatory (per participating student).Receive 5% off total tuition for multiple enrollment (2 or more family members) from May 1st.


• No refunds.

• Tuition credit good for 6 months from day of withdrawal.

• No refunds or credits for missed program days due to behavior problems.

Credit or Make-Ups

• No credits or make-ups will be granted for lessons or days missed, late drop-offs or early pick-ups.

Drop-Off / Pick-Up

• Drop-off is between 9:00-9:30AM.

• Pick up is between 4:00-4:30PM unless your child is registered for private lessons.

• Please fill out the authorization pick-up form. You may change pick-up information at the front desk with a written request.

Illness Policy and Allergies

• Please keep your child at home or expect to pick up your child from camp for the following conditions: fever (100°F or more), headache, vomiting, diarrhea, severe itching, pain, sore throat, infected skin or eyes or undiagnosed rash, difficulty in breathing, persistent cough, runny nose (green mucus). Your child must be “fever free” for a full 24 hour period without the use of fever-reducing medications before returning.

• If medication is to be given at camp, please advise the Office and bring a note from the physician as well as a permission medical note from you. The original medication container is required.

• Please list the type of allergy and possible reactions.

Medical Emergency Treatment

• Please sign the authorization for emergency medical treatment to the nearest hospital.

Photo Consent

• Registering at camp implies consent to take photographs and videotaping that include your child for newsletters and promotional media. Children will not be identified by name in photo captions. Please sign the authorization form.


• Except for Fridays Pizza Parties, children must bring their lunch and snack. Lunch boxes are to be taken home daily.

• Performance on last Friday of each session. Family and friends are welcome.

• Contact us for additional after camp private lessons.

• If your child will be absent from camp, please notify MCM.

• Instruments are provided unless you would like to bring your own.

• MCM will not be responsible for the loss of any electronics or valuables brought to camp.

• It is recommended to the lunch boxes, bags, etc…. tagged.

• Our camp staff will resolve behavior problems in a positive manner. In severe cases, your child may be suspended or expulsed from the program. A parent will be asked to pick up the child.
